This article will discuss how to reconcile purchased event tickets fees with your monthly Pushpay invoice.
To reconcile the purchased event tickets login to admin.pushpayevents.com.

On the Pushpay Events homepage you will see your Live, Past, and Draft Events. Directly to the right of the Draft Events option you will see Registrations by month.
Click on Registrations by month to navigate to the reports page. From here, select the month you want to reconcile and click Display to run the report.
|Note: You may also refine the search by Event and Payment Type if necessary.|
This report will reflect which tickets are included on your Pushpay invoice:
Click the Download button to save a copy of the report on your hard drive.
Why do some registrations show up on the wrong month?
For billing we always use the Pacific Time Zone, to keep this report consistent and help you reconcile sales against your bill we only include bookings that are purchased in the calendar month as defined in the Pacific Time Zone.
The individual booking times are always shown in the local time for the event.
Here’s an example: a booking made at 2:00am Nov 1 in New York would show up on the October report because 2:00am Nov 1 in New York (ET) is 10:00pm Oct 31 in Seattle (PT).
What are adjustments?
Adjustments include price changes, cancellations, and refunds. Click on any booking for exact details.
