Every Giving Statement generated in Pushpay will include the necessary contact information for your organization to ensure that your statements are compliant with IRS requirements. Below, you will find instructions outlining how to change these contact details.
Contact phone number and email address
The contact phone number and email address included on Giving Statements will be populated with the contact information you enter in Step 1: Configure your statements. From the statement preview in Step 2, you can click Back to return to Step 1 and change these details.
The organization logo, name, address, and Employer/Federal Tax Identification Number included on Giving Statements will be populated based on the information given to Pushpay at the time of enrollment or when a change was previously requested.
If there has been a change to your logo, legal name, physical address, or Employer/Federal Tax Identification Number please submit a request with our support team and we will be able to assist with updating this information.
