In this article, we will go over how to resend a receipt to your donor.
In the event a receipt cannot be located by the donor, you have the option to resend it from the Admin Portal. If the payment was submitted through Gift Entry and an email address was not provided, this option will not be available.
To resend a transaction receipt:
- Click Transactions.
- Locate transaction and click transaction row to view transaction details.
- Click Resend receipt.
