Now that you have prepared your data and completed the import of your schedules, you will be asked to review and confirm a number of settings for the Recurring Migration:
Edit date range
You must choose a start and end date for the campaign. These are used to schedule the email delivery and can also be used to help coordinate your communications about the change.
Edit contact details for emails
It’s important that your donors know who to contact if they have questions about the migration to Pushpay. At this step, you will need to enter a name, email address, and phone number for who to contact should any questions arise. While the name can be a specific person or a team, the email address will be used for the reply-to address for all migration emails.

There are three email templates that make up the campaign. All of the email copy is editable, but we’ve provided you with pre-written templates to give you a head-start. All emails will carry your branding and contact details, but emails will come from a Pushpay email address.
Template 1. Initial Invite Email
The invite email is sent once for each schedule uploaded and is sent between the hours of 3p and 6p (local time) on the start date of the migration campaign. If extra schedules are later added to the campaign, those donors will receive this email shortly after being added.
There is a space in this email to insert a link to a video message to your donors. If your video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, a thumbnail will automatically be added to the template.
This is the first email a donor will receive that will include a link to set up their gift on Pushpay. It should explain why the church is making this change and clearly explain the actions being requested of them.
Template 2. Weekly Reminder Email
A reminder email is sent each week during the campaign until the user sets up their gift in Pushpay. Once a recurring gift is set up, the weekly reminders will stop.
Weekly reminders are sent between 3p - 6p (local time) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for maximum responsiveness. It should be a short and simple message that reminds the recipient of the actions the church is requesting of them.
Template 3. Final Reminder
The final reminder email is sent in the final week of the campaign ONLY to users who have not set up a recurring gift on Pushpay. The final reminder is sent between 3p - 6p (local time) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for maximum responsiveness.
This is the final email. No further emails will be sent after this one but the links will continue to work for some time.
